Who we are

Oliver is a renowned transfer pricing professional with over 15 years of experience across several jurisdictions, both as a Big 4 professional and as an independent advisor.

After working at Deloitte, PwC and Mazars in Germany, Oliver established TP&C, an independent provider of transfer pricing services. He holds a PhD in Economics and is the author of two books on transfer pricing - Transfer Pricing in One Lesson (2020) and Transfer Pricing Survival Guide (2023).

Together with Leonik and Grese, they founded Nexus Transfer Pricing, aiming to support TP practices around the world with value-driven transfer pricing solutions.

Leonik is a highly experienced transfer pricing professional with more than 10 years of experience in transfer pricing across several countries in Europe and the Middle East.

He previously led Deloitte's TP practice in Albania & Kosovo, as well as spent time in Deloitte's Hungarian TP team. Since 2023, he was contracted by PwC Middle East as a TP specialist.

Leonik has completed his undergraduate studies in Germany and his Masters degree courses in Digitalization & Tax Law at the WU Executive Academy in Austria.

At Nexus Transfer Pricing, Leonik will be leading engagements along with the team to deliver high quality transfer pricing solutions to clients.

Grese is a senior executive and tax professional bringing more than 12 years of experience in tax and transfer pricing.

Starting her career at Deloitte in Kosovo, she then went on to lead PwC's Tax practice with a focus on developing a strong transfer pricing service line. She also served as the firm's Executive Director, board member of a foreign investors' association and has led the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Grese has completed her bachelor's and master's degree studies in the UK and France.

At Nexus Transfer Pricing, Grese will be spearheading sales and business development efforts to deliver on the firm's mission to provide value-driven transfer pricing services to our clients.
